Why does the downloaded EPUB file not render properly on my Kindle?

If you are using Calibre to convert the EPUB to a different format and then send to Kindle, AZW3 and PDF work well. MOBI breaks the formatting. If this information still doesn't help, please email me.

When I open the downloaded DOCX file in Google Docs, the file is empty.

I'm aware of this issue. DOCX files render properly in Microsoft Word, but not on Google Docs. I haven't gotten around to troubleshoot the Google Docs issue.
